Must not: call it "free forever". Say that the fee starts once partners are paid.
Also include: a fair section on truly free options, such as open-source tools and spreadsheets, with their limits.
Briefs: referral software (#3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 22)
Referral searchers mostly want customers referring customers, while ViralPayouts is built around partners and recruiters. Every referral page should say that ViralPayouts handles both, with one link type for customers and one for recruitment. Don't pretend it is a consumer refer-a-friend widget.

Link to: #22, the free referral tracker.

Keywords: primary "b2b referral program" (KD 2, $24.62). Also: b2b referral program software, partner referral program.
Result page to beat: Cello's B2B guide ranks best; the rest is thin.
Format: guide, about 1,800 words.
Angle: the gatekeeper referral, where one accountant brings 40 clients, plus a recruiter override for whoever introduced that accountant. Present this as an illustrated scenario, not a customer result.
Outline:
- B2B vs B2C referrals.
- Picking gatekeepers.
- Commission design: flat, %, recurring.
- Tracking long sales cycles with 30–365-day windows.
- Two-tier for partner networks.
#22 referral tracker (free tool)
Reader and need: a small business wanting a quick way to log referrals. The search is "referral tracker" / "referral tracking" (260/mo, KD 0, $35.67). Referral Rock's free tool ranks with a simple tool.
Deliverable: this is a build brief, not an article. Build a free, no-login referral tracker page, either a browser-based log or a downloadable Google Sheet. It records the referrer, the referred customer, the sale value, the reward rule, status and amount paid. Add 400–600 words of instructions.
CTA: "Outgrown the spreadsheet? Move it into ViralPayouts."
Why: a free tool earns links and sits in the same search pool as #7.
Briefs: Shopify and WooCommerce (#23, 24, 25)

Gate: the ViralPayouts Shopify app must be live and listed.
Reader and need: a Shopify merchant who wants creators and customers selling for them.

- Easy Affiliate #4
Format: integration page, about 1,100 words.
Angle: a hosted ledger and payouts instead of a self-hosted plugin database.
Comparison: be honest that AffiliateWP is the default incumbent (affiliatewp.com ranks for most of these terms). Compare on pricing model and recruiter tiers.
Briefs: competitor alternatives (#13–16)
These searches are small, but almost everyone typing them is ready to switch. Three of the four have KD 0. Use one template for all four, at viralpayouts.com/viralpayouts-vs-<competitor> plus an "alternatives" article.
Shared template (1,500–2,000 words):
- One-line verdict: who should stay with the competitor and who should switch.
- Why people leave. Quote real complaints, attributed and linked, from public G2/Capterra reviews or Reddit threads, at most one short quote each.
- A side-by-side table: pricing model, fee at $1k/$5k/$10k of monthly payouts, payout handling, recruiter tier, Stripe support. Link the competitor's pricing page and give the date it was checked.
- Four or five other alternatives, each with a line on who it suits.
- Migration steps: export partners, re-issue links, run both in parallel for 30 days.
- FAQ.
Every competitor fact must come from its own site, read on the publish date. Do not use words like "scam" or "outdated" about competitors.

#15 impact.com alternatives
Keywords: primary "impact.com alternatives". Use the ".com": the plain "impact alternatives" results are mixed with impact wrenches. Also: impact competitors, impact alternative, impact.com pricing (70/mo, $60.53).
Result page to beat:
- Software Finder #1
- Ainfluencer #2
- Paldock #5
- Reditus' Impact alternatives ranks for "impact competitors"
Angle: Impact is an enterprise suite with sales-led pricing. ViralPayouts is self-serve for brands too small for it.
Must not: guess Impact's price. If it isn't published, say "pricing on request".

Result page to beat:
- Modash's list #1
- Refersion Marketplace #2
- Roster vs Refersion #3

Briefs: how-to guides (#17–20)
These are problem searches with cheap clicks ($0–$28) and low difficulty. Each guide teaches the job properly, then shows the step done in ViralPayouts. The how-to has to be useful even to a reader who never signs up.
#17 how to set up an affiliate program
Reader and need: a brand owner with no program yet who wants the steps in order.
Keywords: primary "how to set up an affiliate program". Also: set up affiliate program, create an affiliate program, build an affiliate program ($27.78), how do i start an affiliate program.

Format: guide, about 2,200 words.
Outline:
- Where good affiliates are: customers, niche creators, review sites, newsletter owners, agencies.
- Outreach templates.
- Activation in the first 14 days.
- Recruiter overrides: let your best partners recruit, with the $100 / 20% / 5% hypothetical.
- Guardrails: the override is paid only on approved sales, and inactive recruits earn nothing.
Must not: call it MLM or imply that recruiting alone earns money.
Brief: two-tier affiliate program (#21, the differentiator)
This keyword has only 10 searches a month, but it is the one search where ViralPayouts is the obvious answer. Treat it as the hub page that every other brief links to when it mentions recruiter overrides. The brief you already wrote ("Two-tier affiliate software: how ViralPayouts works") is the base. The changes below bring it in line with the data.
Reader and need: a brand that has heard of second-tier commissions and wants to know how they work, whether they are legitimate, and whether they fit.
Keywords:
- Primary: "two-tier affiliate program". Use the US spelling: the data is US, and the UK "programme" variant shows no recorded volume.
- Also: two tier affiliate software, tier commission structure (90/mo, KD 0), sub affiliate (30/mo), multi-level affiliate software.
Result page to beat: the top results are thin.

- The $100 / 20% / 5% worked example, with the base named for each number ($20 and $5; not $1).
- Two-tier vs MLM: the reward depends on approved sales, there is no buy-in, and it stops at two tiers.
- Real two-tier programs that exist today. Name only programs whose terms you can link and date, for example ThriveCart's 2nd-tier feature from its help page.
- When it fits and when it doesn't (margins, approval rules, the extra liability).
- How ViralPayouts tracks it: separate recruitment links, a per-program override, overrides paid on top of the partner's commission, and the ledger.
- FAQ.
Must not: claim proven lower acquisition cost or network effects. Present the growth thesis as a hypothesis, as the homepage does.
Internal links in: #1, #3, #11, #13–16 and #20 should all link here with the anchor "two-tier affiliate program" or a descriptive variant.
